How do I know if the product fits?
We often get this question on Maven Material. When shopping online, it's best to know your measurements. Sizes vary depending on the brand or country (e.g. European sizes vs American sizes). We recommend you take a measuring tape and take note of your bust, waist, hips and inseam.
For your convenience, we have a sizing guide that will help you determine how to convert your size. Note that US sizes are generally larger than European or Asian sizes. For example, an ‘M’ in the US is usually a European ‘L’.
Here at Maven Material, we aim to offer clothing with clear sizing information that will fit our customers seamlessly. Still, do check the material and cut of clothing items you intend to purchase. If it is tight fitting, you would be safer to buy one size larger (for example, if you usually wear an ‘M’, buy an ‘L’).
How long will it take me to get my order?
Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available, you will be provided with tracking information.

How can I pay for my order?
Maven Material currently accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not ship COD.
How can I ship my order?
When checking out, you can select the shipping carrier available for your purchase. We will select the carrier to provide you with the best value and service based on your location.
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping and are unable to accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
What is your return/exchange policy?
U.S. Customers: You have 2 options when returning:
1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method. Returns must be received within 60 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund. But, there is another alternative:
2. Exchange*: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 60 days of the original shipment date. Exchanges are always free!

The following policy applies to domestic orders only.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 90 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Please note, creating an exchange on our site or by contacting Customer Care does not guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the time we process your return.
